Yesterday I came across a article very interesting and extensive on Portales real estate, a sector resists crisis, people of Baquía .

Here I make a summary of the issues that struck me:

• 3 out of 4 buyers of floor used exclusively ex Internet.

• Only 14% of housing supply is for rental apartments. The remaining 86% concerns real estate, consistent with a market like English, where rents barely 10% of the total estate.

• All gates of the study have a clear positioning strategies. Google Adwors , Google Adsense, SEO and SEM, partnerships with other websites, online campaigns and participation in the Madrid Real Estate Exhibition.

Reflections:

I would define it as a user with knowledge of Internet LOW , sailing about 3 times a week, the level of education in low-average estimate by 60% and upper-middle 40% or so.
