COVER SYNOPSIS:
Jondalar Ayla and leave the security of the lands of the Mammoth Hunters near the Black Sea and undertake a long and difficult journey across a continent. Its objective is Cro-Magnon site, which is now southern France, where Jondalar had left years ago.
Accompanied by his tame Wolf, the noble and serene Corridor horse mare Whinney, challenge savage enemies and dangerous parts of the land in search of place that became his home.
PERSONAL OPINION:
This is the fourth book in the wonderful series of Children Earth. With this series we have seen it grow to Ayla, his protagonist, convertirce saw a mother, leaving home, enamorarce, enfrentarce hazards, know another Clan and now back again with more adventures in his quest for "the Other" in the she is a part.
is a big book, dense and so much detail at times it was difficult to read and remember some things from previous books so this also slows down the reading.
Despite all the action scenes make up for it and spend some great moments. And another thing I noticed in this book is the relationship of the protagonists is deepening, it seems that nothing can separate them, I love it! "(...) But as I was tired, Jondalar could not sleep. He remembered the last time he had defied the fast and treacherous waters of the river called Sister; in the dark, felt a shiver of fear at the thought of having to cross with the woman he loved. (...)"
Although a slower book follows the story of Ayla great as I always say, this saga not to be missed!
And for this book are my three kitties ^ ^:
